  • Third Sector Partners (TSP) is a not for profit company, founded in 2005, and in a short span of four years, has gained a pre-eminent distinction as India's first retained top management executive search firm exclusively dedicated to the social, environmental and development sectors.

Our Social Responsibility
Our belief in creating leadership with panache at all levels in society had led us to create our own corporate social responsibility initiative, "Katalyst".

Katalyst is a not for profit activity, geared to identify, and support talented girl students from lower socio economic strata through a structured mediation comprising higher education and financial support, access to technology, personality grooming, life skills training, real world experience simulation and mentoring. Katalyst thus enables these girls to build their capacities so as to achieve mainstream employability and/or develop entrepreneurship abilities, with the associated hope that they are able to break the historical cycle of family impoverishment, gender bias, marginalization and poor quality of life.

Third Sector Partners and Hunt Partners larger vision is to ensure that the Katalyst process indeed creates bottom-of-pyramid empowerment and upward mobility to enhance the management bandwidth of corporate India, thus giving India Inc. an opportunity to benefit a hitherto untapped talent base, in the process enabling them to fulfill their own social responsibilities.
