Sunit heads Hunt Partners’ Private Equity practice across Asia, and is a Managing Partner of the firm. Sunit has worked with a large number of corporate boards and is an advisor to several Indian business houses on Corporate Governance. He has co-authored the India Board Report, India's foremost research paper on Corporate Governance, in conjunction with the CII. Sunit started his search career with Horton International, a high-end executive search firm in the US in 1996 and later moved to India to head Horton’s India operations. His past experience is in the telecom industry. Sunit also co-founded Third Sector Partners (TSP), a not for profit search firm for the development sector. TSP in turn spawned Katalyst, a program which strives for the economic empowerment of underprivileged girls through professional education and several unique interventions. Sunit is a past Chairman of United Way of Mumbai, Vice Chairman - American Chamber of Commerce, Mumbai, and Treasurer of the Wharton Alumni Association of India. Sunit received a business degree in marketing management from the Wharton School, and also a degree in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.


Advisor and Management Consultant

Vijay has a Bachelors degree in Engineering (1973) and has the distinction of being a topper at the Punjab University. He is currently an Independent Director and Advisor to a number of companies in the NBFC, Education, Healthcare, Energy and Engineering sectors. Vijay was Head of Group Corporate HR of AFL, one of the large service sector groups’ in India (revenue of $ 200 MM). He previously worked for engineering giants such as Escorts and Larsen & Toubro. He is a specialist in HR Systems, Assessment & Selection, Compensation Planning and Organizational Restructuring and also has done considerable work in the area of training & development. He has been a member of the Executive Board of the National HRD Network and is member of the National Council of the Indian Society for Training and Development for over 15 years. Mentoring & coaching have been some of his deeper interests and he coaches a few young entrepreneurs. He is an invitee as a specialist on the selection/promotion panel for senior management positions in universities & Govt corporations. He has been a visiting faculty in the country’s prestigious IIMs & other institutes of national repute and been a speaker at the conferences of ISTD & National HRD Network.



Shital Kakkar Mehra is one of the most experienced practitioners of corporate etiquette and international protocol in India today. She has trained over five thousand executives, focusing on the special requirements of the Global Indian. She has trained professionals from global and progressive firms like Accenture, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BASF, CRISIL, Deutsche Bank, KPMG, Kotak Bank, Ernst & Young, Johnson & Johnson India, amongst several others. Shital has written numerous articles for dailies and magazines on the importance of business etiquette in converting “contacts to contracts”. She has contributed a regular column to the Corporate Dossier, The Economic Times, for the past few years. She has been invited as a guest speaker to the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, IIM- Bangalore and IIM - Lucknow. Shital has written a book titled “Business Etiquette: A Guide for the Indian Professional”, published by Harper Collins in India. Her book is India’s first comprehensive guide on business etiquette, customized for the new-age Global Indian.



Anamika commenced her career in the sector with Prayas Institute of Juvenile Justice, an organization focused on care and protection of children in vulnerable situations. During her stint with Prayas, Anamika was responsible for monitoring, analysis and reporting on the organizations myriad activities. She was instrumental in developing several papers that were shared across various national platforms.

Post that, she has worked as an educational consultant with a reputed firm in South India primarily supporting the setting up of franchise offices in different cities in the south.

She joined Third Sector Partners in 2005 as a founding team member and since then has consistently grown within the organization to her current profile as a Partner responsible for jointly leading the organizations operations along with the other partner in the firm. Anamika’s talent lies in her ability to think laterally across people and issues. Her people insights have helped her to relate and communicate with a diverse group of clients and candidates. She enjoys the challenge of facilitating transition for private sector professionals into the development space as well as successfully executing complex searches for entrepreneurial social impact initiatives.

Anamika has built an expertise in the domain of rural development, education, health and social inclusion and has some significant assignments to her credit including the top/senior management positions for reputed organizations like Action Aid India, Mercy Corps, Room to Read Asia, Oxfam India, Sight Savers India, Greenpeace, Care India, 3ie, GDN, IFMR Trust to name a few.

She is a Post Graduate in Social Work from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.



Poulomee commenced her career with Vasundhara Foundation as a Research Associate and Analyst, focusing on action research related to pollution control and socio economic assessment. During her stint with Vasundhara she has been involved in several interesting projects for the Central Pollution Control Board, SANEI, NTPC amongst others. She then took up an exciting assignment as the Centre Head with JD Centre of Art in Bhubaneswar, which has been established by the renowned painter Jatin Das.

Since then, having gained a rich and diverse experience across the spheres of environmental, social and cultural research, she transitioned to the executive search space in 2006. Currently a Partner with the firm, Poulomee has earlier straddled multiple roles as Head of Research, Knowledge Management and Compliance and Vice President within the organization. Over the years she has worked across the domains of public health, rural development, poverty and social exclusion, environment and clean tech and financial inclusion, having executed prestigious positions with DFID, Action AID, Aga Khan Foundation, ICCO, IFMR, FLO, Climate Works Foundation, Futures Group, UNIFEM ,NFI amongst others.

She has several published papers both in scientific and non-scientific journals to her credit, and is particularly interested in issues related to environment and sustainable development. Poulomee has an eye for detail and her strong background in research and analytics helps her to approach situations in a logical and systematic manner.

Poulomee holds a Post-Graduation in Environment Management from IISWBM. She is also a gold medallist in Masters in Environment Science from Vidyasagar University.
