Search Process
- Develop an elaborate position description document with clear measurable criteria after a detailed discussion with clients.
- Formulate a comprehensive search strategy and conduct a 'dip-stick' to ensure the search is rooted in market reality.
- Create the necessary visibility for the positions and help the client in assessing applications. The search strategy ensures that head hunting is implemented across relevant industries and pitched at the right level.
- Generate a short list for clients after successive iterative rounds of candidate interviews; this ensures only qualified candidates with the right competencies, approach and cultural fitment get selected.
- Assist in developing evaluation tools and techniques for interviews, such as OPQ tests, behavior-based questions, customized assessment matrices.
- Support in scheduling and organizing interviews.
- Facilitate salary negotiation between clients and candidates.
- Reference Checks: Interviews do not reveal all aspects of candidates. We tap into the network to learn more about potential hires. Confidentiality is an integral aspect of our engagement style. The reference checks are undertaken discreetly and at our level. Additionally a 360-degree reference check is conducted in the current organization of the candidate, once the candidate accepts the offer. We also conduct Third Party reference checks.
