Pari Jhaveri heads Third Sector Partners, a boutique high-end executive search firm serving social and corporate sector clients desirous of recruiting exceptional talent at senior management and Board levels, who will make a measurable impact to the world of have-nots and bottom of the pyramid markets.

Ms. Jhaveri has had an illustrious and fast-paced career across social work, advertising/marketing and corporate strategy and she brings to fore her skills in people insights, talent acumen and leadership management. Ms Jhaveri holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters in Social Development and Not for Profit Business Management.

Amongst her numerous accomplishments are the Asia Pacific Brand Marketing Effectiveness and PR Week Awards for her social marketing and brand differentiation campaigns with Ogilvy & Mather and a large roster of reputed clients at Third Sector Partners, including United Nations, DFID, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Richard Gere Foundation, Population Services International, Turner Broadcasting, ICICI Foundation, HIV AIDS Alliance, PHFI a McKinsey initiative to name a few.

Pari Jhaveri is also an integral part of Hunt Partners, with whom she co-founded Third Sector Partners. Hunt Partners specialses in CxO and Board searches for the corporate sector and Ms. Jhaveri has successfully managed a number of client mandates for Hunt Partners, including, but not limited to, Bessemer Venture Capital, Venture Infotek, and Intel Capital.


Anamika Rathaur
ANAMIKA RATHAUR
Vice President, Third Sector Partners, India

Anamika Rathaur is a Post Graduate in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations from Symbiosis Insitute of Management Studies.

Anamika commenced her career with Prayas Institute of Juvenile Justice, an organization focused on care and protection of children in vulnerable situations. During her stint with Prayas, Anamika was responsible for monitoring, analysis and reporting on myriad activities of the organisation across India and international forums.

Post that, she did a stint as an educational consultant with a reputed firm in South India.

She joined Third Sector Partners a couple of years ago and is a Vice President in the firm. Anamika's talent lies in her ability to think laterally across people and issues. Her people insights have helped her to relate and communicate to a diverse group of clients and candidates. She enjoys the challenge of facilitating talent transition from other sectors into the development space.

Anamika has built an expertise in the domain of Education and some significant assignments to her credit including the top/senior management positions for reputed organizations like Sri Ram Foundation, Greenpeace, Public Health Foundation of India, Care India and IFMR Trust to name a few.


Priyanka Mazumdar
PRIYANKA MAZUMDAR
Vice President, Third Sector Partners, India

Priyanka Mazumdar is a Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and holds a Bachelor's degree in History from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi.

Priyanka commenced her career with Sakshi - an organisation focused on leadership development, gender and equality training. During her stint with Sakshi, Priyanka conceptualized and led several training programs for corporate houses, academic institutions, judges of the District and High Courts and students of Law and Social Work across the country. Priyanka was also part of the senior management at Action for Autism (AFA), a NGO focusing on education, training, research and advocacy to support the right for persons with Autism spectrum disorder. She assumed a lead role in program delivery, donor relationship management, and training and human resource development functions.

She joined Third Sector Partners couple of years ago and is a Vice President in the company. Priyanka's talent lies in understanding people and situations. Strong research and analytical skills help her approach situations in a logical and systematic manner while a perceptive nature makes her a keen judge of character.

Priyanka has built an expertise in the public health and environment space. Some of the significant assignments to her credit include the Country Head and senior management positions for international NGOs like Earthwatch Institute; International HIV Aids Alliance, Salaam Bombay Foundation, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Population Services International.


Namita Adya
NAMITA ADYA
Vice President -Third Sector Partners, India

Namita Adya is a Post Graduate in Russian Language from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, after which she studied at the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Moscow. She then completed Masters in Business Administration in International Business from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Namita commenced her career with conducting training programs for officers of the Indian Navy in the Russian language. Post that, she worked as a Russian specialist at BrahMos Aerospace Pvt. Ltd. - an Indo-Russian joint venture which designs, develops, manufactures and markets the "BrahMos" supersonic anti-ship cruise missile system. She simultaneously worked on freelance assignments, several of which were with government ministries and international UN conferences. She has also taught as a lecturer in the University of Delhi and read news translated by her at Prasar Bharati, All India Radio for a significant time period.

Namita is Vice President at Third Sector Partners. She has had extensive exposure and worked with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Her ability to interact meaningfully with culturally and professionally diverse individuals and groups comes from her excellent understanding of people and their different perspectives. She brings on board admirable analytical and communication skills, with a flair for applying her people insights.

She has an active and keen interest in the CSR domain and believes in the concept of motivating individuals to cross over from the private sector to the development space. Some of the significant assignments to her credit include the top/senior management positions for reputed organizations like Lafarge, United Way of Mumbai, British Gas, Sehgal Foundation to name a few.


Archana John
ARCHANA JOHN
Vice President, Third Sector Partners, India

Archana John is a gold medalist in Masters in International Business.

Archana commenced her career with Paisapower.com, which was a financial portal during the dotcom boom. She was involved in the public relations activities of the organization. Archana was also associated with HSBC for over 3 years, wherein she led a team of trainers and quality coaches and implemented improved customer service initiatives for the organization. She worked in the capacity of an AVP with Confluence Consulting wherein she managed and serviced clients (banks and financial organizations). Here she managed a team to recruit mid to senior level management for retail, wealth and private banking segments for multinational banks in India and overseas.

She joined Third Sector Partners as a Vice President in the company. Archana has strategic and comprehensive understanding of talent management. Some of the top assignments to her credit include the top/senior management positions for reputed organizations such as The Leprosy Mission Trust, IFMR and WRI to name a few.


Akshat Singha
AKSHAT SINGHAL
Associate Vice President - Third Sector Partners, India

Akshat Singhal is a Post Graduate in Business Administration from Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies, Goa and holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Mumbai University.

He has been associated in capacity building activities for several NGOs such as Akanksha, Sehgal Foundation, and Art of Living Foundation. Akshat has received several accolades for his social consciousness including a significant award from Sri Sri Institute of Management Studies.

Akshat brings with him lot of passion and commitment to contribute to the social development sector. At Third Sector Partners he is an Associate Vice President and has worked on assignments with pre-eminent NGOs like Habitat for Humanity, ACCION and India HIV/Aids Alliance.

Most recently, Akshat has been appointed as Project Leader for www.barefootjobs.org, India's first interactive Internet based recruitment portal for non profit sector.


Poulomee
POULOMEE GHOSH
Knowledge Manager and Head Compliance, Third Sector Partners, India

Having diverse experience in the field of environmental, social and cultural research, Poulomee shifted to the executive search space a couple of years ago. A stickler for details, she manages and maintains knowledge, processes, quality standards and compliance at Third Sector Partners.

Poulomee has received her Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Calcutta University. She followed this up with a double Masters in Environmental Science from Vidyasagar University and Environmental Management from Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management (IISWBM), India's first B-school.

Having several published papers both in scientific and non-scientific journals to her credit, she is particularly interested in issues related to air and water pollution and clean technology. Poulomee has an eye for details and knowledge assimilation and sharing comes to her naturally.
